TERIYAKI SAUCE:
3/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp aji mirin or sake
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic (crushed)

2 large boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Marinate the chicken in the sauce in a large resealable zip lock bag for 6 hours, turning over occasionally. Drain and discard the marinade. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture and bake on a parchment lined baking pan for 30 minutes each side.
