TERIYAKI SAUCE:
3/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp aji-mirin or sake
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp gourmet powder

1 1/2 - 2 lb. lean boneless pork roast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the boneless pork roast into chunks. Marinate the pork about 8 hours or overnight in a resealable gallon zip lock bag, turning over and massaging it occasionally. Place the pork and the sauce in a pan and bake for 2 hours, turn it over once and baste often to get the glaze.After removing from oven, let sit at least 20 minutes before slicing. Can be served with hot rice or with hot mustard and sesame seeds.
