Fruit such as peaches, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries

Crust:

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Filling:
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Glaze:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange or apple juice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2c water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).

Crust:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Add dry ingredients and press into pizza pan. Make sure there is a ridge around the edge. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
Mix cream cheese with sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Arrange sliced fruit on pizza. If using banana, dip it in lemon juice first to prevent browning.

Glaze:
Mix all ingredients and cook until bubbly. Cool and pour over fruit. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
