1/2 frozen banana sliced = 1/2 cup
1/4 frozen cucumber sliced = 1/2 cup
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 oz. spinach = 3 cups
5 oz. frozen mango = 1 cup
1/4 fresh parsley (optional)
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds (optional)

Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. slice banana. Peel and slice cucumber. Freeze together on prepared sheet for at least 2 hours.
Juice lemon.

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until seeds are pulverized and ingredients are incorporated. Add a bit of water if needed to reach desired consistency.
