1 lb. New York Cheese
2 small pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine
1/2 t. salt
1 t. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 t. red pepper
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine or garlic powder
Paperika
Ritz Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and mix with cream cheese. Add ingredients in order given and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle paprika heavy on wax paper. Divide cheese mixture into two equal parts. Shape into long rolls. Roll back and forth over paprika until roll is covered. Store in refrigerator. To serve--slice and serve on Ritz Crackers.
