1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. warm water
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. rapid rise yeast
3/4 c. dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 - 2 Tbsp. water or flour if needed).
Just before the final kneading, add cranberries and orange peel. Some bread machines have an audible beep to signal the final kneading.
