1 1/2 c Heavy Cream
1 1/2 sticks salted butter
1 1/2 c shreaded parmesan cheese
1/2 bag tiny baby green peas
2 c sauted mushrooms
1 bag sauted baby spinach

* chicken or shrimp optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan or skillet, add cream and butter, bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Add peas, sautéed spinach and sautéed mushrooms.

Add cooked protein as desired (optional).

Serve over pasta of your choice. We use mini-bowtie pasta. Serve with garlic bread.
