1 bunch Kale cut into bite sizes
1head lettuce bite sizes
1/2bulb fennel cored cut int slivers
2Stalks celery finely sliced 1small red apple ( gala) thinly sliced
1Granny Smith Apple thinly sliced
1/4 cup Pumpkin , sunflower seeds
Directions:

Dressing
In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice ,vinegar,salt and pepper . Whisk in the oil.add the cranberries .
Salad
Place Kale in a large bowl ,drizzle with1tbs dressing . Mix . Add the lettuce fennel celery and apples . Toss with remaining dressing . Serve topped with pumpkin , sunflower seeds
