1 Large Head of Broccoli
1/3 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup of Chopped, Fresh Chives
2/3 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Clove of Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt, Divided
1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
1 Egg

Directions:

1) Preheat the oven to 400ºF
2) Grate the Broccoli with a Coarse grater...
3) Season with a ¼ of a teaspoon of salt, Mix well, and let sit for 20 minutes. This will draw out some of the moisture in the broccoli. Pour into a clean towel, and strain as much of the liquid as you can out of the broccoli
4) Once strained place into a new bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
5) Form the mixture into tots, and place on a parchment sheet
6) Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them about half way through.
7) Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and your favorite burgers, or with your kid's favorites, and enjoy!
