¾ cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1¼ cups flour (Gluten Free and be used)
1¼ cups quick-cooking oats
¾ cup apple butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in mixer. Add the brown sugar and continue to cream together until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and oats.

Press half of the dough firmly into bottom of 8x8 inch pan. Spread apple butter over top. Sprinkle with remaining dough; press lightly. Bake at 300º for 40-45 minutes. When cooled, cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
