8 oz. package fettuccine noodles
¼ cup butter
1 cup whipping cream
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 (3 oz.) package 100% Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Prepare fettuccine noodles according to package directions; drain

Melt butter in a 3 quart pan over low heat. Stir in whipping cream, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.

Add fettuccine and ½ cup parmesan cheese stirring until thoroughly heated.

Serve with remaining cheese on top.

Pasta Carbonara: Prepare the same as above. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of chopped parsley and 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled.

Pasta Primavera: Sauté 2 cups of cut vegetables in 2 Tablespoons of butter for 4-5 minutes. Stir into fettuccine above.

Lighter Side: Substitute ½ cup of 2% milk for ½ cup of cream
