1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
Sugar (for rolling cookies)
Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix the ingredients together.
2) Roll 1 tbsp of cookie dough into a ball and roll it in sugar.
3) Repeat steps 1-2 until all dough is used.
4) Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down with fork.
5) Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
