1 pound of Ground Beef or Turkey
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup of Panko or Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Small Shallot or Onion
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of Oregano
1/4 Cup of Basil
Salt and Pepper

Step One: Preheat oven to 350
Step Two: Combine all the ingredients together in a standard mixing bowl using hands
Step Three: Once combined, you may begin forming the meatballs. Size doesn't matter.
Step Four: Place meatballs on a buttered/oiled cookie sheet, once filled place in the oven for 30-40 minutes
Step Five: Remove and enjoy with your favorite pasta, or on a sandwich!
