¼ lb. (1 stick) sweet margarine
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
½ cup oil
4 eggs
1½ cups matzo meal
2 cups sugar
pinch of salt
1 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan with a little matzo meal.
Melt margarine and chocolate together.
Cool
Beat oil, eggs, matzo meal and sugar and nuts into the melted chocolate-margarine mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
