Box of frozen spinach
12 oz ricotta
1 egg
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Crescent rolls
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook or microwave spinach
Cool
Squeeze water out of spinach
Mix ricotta cheese and spinach
Add in egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle bread crumbs on each fattened crescent roll
Top each roll with mixture
Fold to seal
Bake 350* for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
