1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar ( I reduce to about 3/4)
1/2 cup brown sugar ( I reduce to about 1/3)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:

mix wet ingredients and then add dry ones.
mix well and stir in chocolate chips.
I roll them into little balls so they turn out thicker and round but you can just use a spoon and put them on the tray that way.
