12 cucumbers ( peeled & seeded)
2 lbs. onions
1/2 cup salt
3 cup vinegar
6 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 red pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grinded up cucumbers and onions and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of salt and leave set for a half hour.

Drain well.

Heat vinegar and sugar:

Make a paste with flour, celery seed, turmeric and dry mustard and a little vinegar.

Gradually add to heated vinegar, then add cucumbers, onions and red pepper.

Cook till vegetables look transparent

Remove from heat and bottle in hot sterilized jars making sure lids seal.

Great on hamburgers/hotdogs or mixed with a can of Kam for a great sandwich.
Goes great with any kind of meat...
