3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients together and put in tart shells, can be homemade shells or bought ones.

Bake until they are set and golden..
