1-lb. butter, softened
½ lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ lb. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Paprika
½ T. granulated garlic
2 loaves French bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium deep bowl, put all ingredients, except the bread. Cover
and let stand at room temperature until softened. Blend with an electric
mixer, cheddar need not be smooth. Cut bread into half lengthwise.
Spread on bread and put on cookie sheet and put under broiler 6 to 12
inches and broil until bubbly and golden brown. Serves 12 to 16.
May be cut in half.
