6 cups left over mashed potatoes

Crumbled Bacon

Chives

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

3 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients

line cookie sheet with Parchment paper.

Put mixed ingredients onto pan and spread out until even. Use Handi Wrap to help pack down so the ingredients are even.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in fry pan.

Cut out circles of potato mixture with donut cutter.

Coat each piece in flour, then beaten eggs, then bread crumbs.

Fry in grease until golden brown on both sides.
