Ingredients:  
1 - 2 large slices country ham, thinly sliced and cut into small pieces
3 Tbsp. butter
1 garlic glove, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 c. whipping cream
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice from 1 lemon
Egg noodles, or pasta of choice, cooked
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add juice of 1 lemon to water while cooking the pasta.
In a large saucepan, saute ham pieces in 2 Tbsp. butter. Remove from pan and set aside.
In same saucepan, saute garlic and red pepper flakes in the other 1 Tbsp. butter. Add ham back to saucepan. Add whipping cream and lemon zest and stir until thickened.
Combine with cooked pasta and sprinkle shredded Parmesan over each serving.
