1 cube butter
1 c sour cream
2 eggs
1 16 oz can whole kernel corn
1 16 oz can cream corn
8 1/2 packages Jiffy corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. melt butter, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in greased 2 1/2 qt casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
