1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
⅓ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon salt
cup quick oats
10 oz. cinnamon chips
8 oz. toffee bits

Preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla. In a small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Add slowly into the butter mixture. Stir in the oats, cinnamon chips and toffee bits. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
