3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 ¼ cup oil
2 pints blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil; stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour.
