Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole Recipe

2 pounds breakfast sausage
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
32 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed in refrigerator
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon ground mustard
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain fat and return to skillet. Stir cream cheese into sausage and set aside. Divide hash browns between 2 lightly greased 9x13 pans. Top with sausage/cream cheese mixture and shredded Cheddar. Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over hash brown mixture. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
