8 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. finely chopped onion
¾ c. butter or margarine
12 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute broccoli and onion until crisp/tender about 5 minutes. In a bowl beat eggs, add cream and 1¾ cups of the cheese; mix well. Stir in broccoli mixture, salt and pepper.

Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish; set in a large pan filled with 1 inch hot water. Bake uncovered at 350º 45-50 minutes or knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 10 minutes.
