2 7 oz. cans whole chilies
1 large can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 block each Jack and Cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Clean and slice whole chilies. Layer bottom of dish with half of chilies. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top. Layer rest of chilies. Mix milk and eggs and pour on top. Add rest of cheese. Bake 350º for 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce. Bake 10 minutes more.
