1 1/2 cups shortening
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cream
4 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream shortening & sugar until light and fluffy:

Add eggs, milk, & vanilla, beat till well blended:

Combine flour, salt and baking soda in separate bowl and gradually add to cream mixture:

Stir in chocolate chips:

Drop by heaping teaspoons ( I use a small ice cream scoop) on parchment paper lined cookie sheet:

Bake in 350 oven for 9 minutes.
