1 cup uncooked orzo
1 cup frozen corn, thawed and drained
12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 green onions, sliced
1 (15 ounce)can black beans, rinsed and drained
DRESSING
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 T fresh cilantro chopped
3 T fresh lime juice
2 T sour cream
2 T mayonaise
1 T chili powder
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 avacado peeled and cut into wedges
T chiooed fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and rinse, drain well. Place orzo, corn and next ingredients in a large bowl. Toss. Combine dressing ingredients , except avocado, in small bowl and whisk thoroughly. Drizzle over salad and toss. Top with avocado, cilantro and parsley
