1/2 cup olive oil
3 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed

SALAD
2 T butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 head leaf lettuce
2 green onions, finely chopped
l can l0 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
l ripe avocado, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing incredients in a jar. Shake to blend. Heat butter in skilled and saute sunflower seeds and almonds until golden brown. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with cooled seeds. Toss
with dressing just before serving.
