Flax Egg 3 Tbsp flax , 6 tbsp water
2 Carrot
3 Cloves Garlic
4-5 mushrooms
1 Purple onion
½ Any color bell pepper
¾ Corn frozen or fresh
1 Can black beans
1 16 oz Can tomatoes and chillies
½ c. Red lentils
¼ Green lentils
2 slices of Bread (Broil and blend for bread crumbs) *Optional ingredient
1 ½ oats blended (Blend into Oat flour)
1 tsp- Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin , Oregano
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp lime juice
Cilantro sliced add for fresh flavor

Make your Flax Eggs first, Then rinse and add beans and lentils to a pot with required water boil until lentils are fully absorbed.

While that's cooking chop up all vegetables mushroom, peppers, carrots, onion and garlic. Add Corn.
saute this on the stove and add your can of tomatoe/chilies. Once everybody is cooked down add all your spices and stir in your lentil and black beans.

Once everything is mixed together transfer into bowl and add your Oat flour and bread crumb and flax eggs. If you'd rather your vegetables be blended less chunky do this before adding the dry ingredients. Transfer all of this to a non stick or parchment lined bread pan and cook.

350º for 45-50 minutes
