Ingredients:  
1-14oz can of salmon ( I use fresh cooked salmon)
1 egg
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salmon, egg, carrots, rice, onion, salt and pepper together and shape into balls.
Put in greased casserole dish, leave room for expansion.
Mi soup and water together and pour over salmon balls
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
