1 small onion chopped very fine by hand
1/2 teaspoon sugar
10 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
4oz black caviar
4oz red caviar
Lemon slices
Parsley
9 inch tart pan

 

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, sugar, ten egg whites, six yolks, chopped course.  Add mayo and relish. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the pan. Combine the cream cheese and the milk, spread layer on top of the egg. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, decorate in stripes. Black caviar, red caviar, yellow eggs yolks, repeat black red yellow. Garnish the plate with parsley and lemon slices.
