For large loaf (check bread machine recipes for amounts for small and medium loaves)

1¼ cups water
2½ Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. sugar
3½ cups bread flour
1/4 cup malted milk powder (can substitute Ovaltine)
2 tsp. yeast (1 package)

Directions:
Directions:
Before starting, remove bread pan from machine and spray bottom of bread pan with cooking spray.

Put ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Set machine for desired crust (light, medium, or dark) I use medium setting. Turn on machine. My machine automatically sets it at 3 hours. When bread is done, turn off machine and turn bread pan upside down on cutting board.
