Crust:
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers. about 45 cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cups peanuts. Crushed
Mix and press into a 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 10 min. Cool

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups cool whip

Mix cream cheese , p butter and sugar. Fold in cool whip
Spread on cooled cookie crust.

Topping:
2 sm. Pkgs. instant choc. Pudding
3 cups milk beat together until thick. Spread over filling
Top with 2 cups cool whip.
Additional crushed peanuts and grated choc. Bar over the top.
Cover and ref. Over night
