1 small onion diced
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. precooked chicken cubed into bite size pieces
2 cans whole kernel corn undrained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk (more or less depending on desired consistency)
¼ tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in melted butter until tender. Put onion and remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and heat through. Serve soup in individual bowls with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.

This is a very versatile recipe. You can add a can of cream of celery soup, more or less chicken, and/or corn.
