1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
12 oz. Cream Cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in the crock pot and pour the bottle of Italian dressing over it. Cook chicken on low for 6 hours.
One hour before serving: Remove chicken from the crock pot and shred.
Reserve 2 cups of the liquid and discard the rest.
Place the liquid into a mixing bowl and add 12oz cream cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and 2 cans of chicken broth. Mix together.
Place the shredded chicken and the mixture back into the crock pot, on low, for 1 additional hour.
Serve over rice!

This recipe can be made ahead of time and placed in the freezer in freezer bags. Great to take to the River and reheat! I make it every year when we go to St. George with the Carrs!
