1 1/4 pound boneless pork, cut into one inch cubes
Corn Oil
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
1/2 cups Bottled Bar B Que Sauce
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 20 1/2 ounce can Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 Green Pepper, cut into strips
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat in small amount of corn oil. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix together, the bar b que sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, and cornstarch and add to the meat. Cover and simmer 35 minutes.

3. Add the pineapple and green pepper. Simmer 10 minutes longer.

4. Serve over cooked rice.
