Mrs. Cubbison's corn bread stuffing mix (3 boxes for a large turkey)
Head of celery
3 onions
2 pkgs sage sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
2 cans chicken broth, or homemade
1 cube unsalted butter
dried sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables and sausage in butter until vegetables are glossy and tender. Add to stuffing mix and moisten with chicken broth. Add sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
