1 16 ounce box of small or medium pasta shells
2 TBS butter
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
4 cups water
1 cup milk
6 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Add shells, butter, water and salt and pepper to Instant Pot. Stir all ingredients together and seal Instant pot. Cook on high pressure and set your time to 5 minutes. Quickly release pressure. Turn Instant Pot off and open lid. Turn on Saute setting. Adjust to low setting for saute. Pour in milk and cheeses, stir together until cheese melts and serve, A great fast dinner with a salad and/or vegetables. `
