8 Avocados, smashed
1½ Cups Cottage Cheese
2 Tomatoes, diced
½ Red Onion, diced
1 Jalapeño, finely chopped (Optional)
1 c. Minced Cilantro
2 Puréed Pears
5 fl. oz. Lemon Juice
2 fl. oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
2 Tbs. Garlic Powder
2 Tbs. from Black Peppercorn Grinder
1 Tbs. Sea Salt or Pink Salt
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil
1 Drop of Lime Essential Oil
1 Drop of Cilantro Essential Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Put cut avocados in large mixing bowl and smash. Pour or squeeze in lemon and lime juice. Add cottage cheese, diced tomato and red onion (jalapeño).
Finely chop cilantro, mix with avocados and other ingredients.
Use blender to purée pear, add to mixing bowl.
Include all spices and essential oils, stir together.
Serve with yellow or blue corn tortilla chips, even as a condiment to Hispanic food.
