1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream soften butter with sugar, add egg yolk and mix. Sift flour and cinnamon and knead if you like. Add a little water to the egg white and brush on the dough. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake 1/2 hour in 300º oven. Soon after removal from oven cut into 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pieces. Remove from sheets when cool.
