4 cups Bisquick
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. hot sausage, raw
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients and add cheese. Mix well. Add milk gradually. Roll into approximately 100 balls. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Can be frozen: roll balls and freeze uncooked.
