1 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
1/3 cup olive oil
1 T plus 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 2 tsp dried)
2 – 1” long strips lemon zest
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the wine, shallots, oil, rosemary, lemon zest, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour into large zip lock baggie.

Marinade chicken, veal or vegetables, covered in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 hours or overnight.
