Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Each:
Basil, Dill, Parsley & Thyme
1 tsp Kosher Salt
(Can be doubled and kept in a jar)

Salmon with skin on (6 oz)
Olive oil for cooking. (about 1 T).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the herbs and salt together.

Place salmon, skin side down and top with herbs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400º

Heat a large non stick fry pan over medium-high heat, warm olive oil until nearly smoking.

Place salmon, herb side down (skin side UP) and sear for 5 minutes (or until color has changed about 1/4-inch up).

Carefully turn salmon over and cook 1 minute more, then transfer pan to oven to cook 6 – 8 minutes. If it has not cooked all the way through, you can pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to finish.(I usually figure this out after I’ve plated it already!)
