1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic, finely minced
¼ tsp sugar
½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
3 T tarragon vinegar
10 T canola oil
2 T whipping cream
2 tsp parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake well and chill. Drizzle over asparagus. I usually cut this recipe in half. It makes a lot and a little goes a long way.

This recipe is actually the Asparagus Vinaigrette from the South of the Fork 1987 Dallas Junior League cookbook, but it will forever be known as "Asparagus Sauce" thanks to Briana!
