Salad:
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 Bunch green onions - green part only, cut into ¼ - ½” slices
A few green (martini) olives - sliced
A lot of Kraft Parmesan cheese (in can) about ¼ cup or so

Dressing:
1/4 cup White Vinegar (you'll want slightly more vinegar than oil)
About 1/8 cup Canola Oil
1 T olive juice
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oil, vinegar, olive juice, salt and pepper in small jar. Shake well. Adjust to taste
2. Combine lettuce, green olives and green onion in salad bowl. Add dressing and toss well.
3. Liberally sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and toss again.
4. Put in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving (that's the secret!)
