3 c.(8 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Light, cut up
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add pasta to 2 quarts (8 cups) boiling water in a large saucepan. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in vegetables; cook an additional 7 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain; return to saucepan. Add Velveeta Light and seasonings. Cook until Velveeta Light is melted, stirring frequently.
