1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine
3 T. Powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Mix together press into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 375º. For 15 min. Or until brown. Cool crust.

1 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
2/3 cups powdered sugar

Mix until fluffy and add 1/2 container of cool whip.
Spread over crust.

2 pkgs pistachio instant pudding , add 2 1/2 cups milk. Beat until thickened. Spread over second layer.

Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
Ref. ( you can also use any other type of pudding mix. )
