Meatballs
1 lb of chop meat
1 onion or shallot chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
4 shakes of worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
parsley, basil, oregano... chopped fresh or dried (red pepper flakes optional)
Parmesan cheese-optional

Tomato sauce home made or jar

Spaghetti, angelhair, fettuccini.... all qualify for this dish

Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs together, scoop meat and roll into balls. They can be small or big depending on what you like. You can cook on stove top fry pan with a little olive oil; or you can bake 350 for 30-45 mins (depending on size)

Cook pasta according to package, add sauce and meatballs.
Must serve with garlic bread or Texas toast

Garlic bread: 1/2 stick soft butter, 1/2 C olive oil, chopped parsley-mix together, cut Italian bread loaf length wise, put butter mixture on both sides, place on cookie sheet, put under broiler about 5-10 mins.
Keep checking because it will burn fast!
